Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality kiosk machines and providing excellent customer support. Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom-built and high-value nature of our kiosk machines, all sales are final after 30 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, order cancellation after payment, or buyer's remorse.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your kiosk machine arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:

To Be Eligible for a Refund or Replacement:

  • You must inspect the shipment upon delivery and report any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

  • Contact us at sales@thekioskshop.com within 3 business days of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.

  • Arrange return shipping (if applicable) at no cost to you.

 

Note: Failure to report damage within 3 business days may void eligibility for a refund or replacement.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the kiosk has not yet entered production. After this period, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at sales@thekioskshop.com with your order number.
