Thank you for visiting and shopping at thekioskshop.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for kiosk machine orders.

 1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak periods or supply delays, shipments may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery.

 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • All kiosk machines are shipped via freight carriers.

  • Estimated delivery times:

Destination & Estimated Time

Continental U.S - 5–90 business days

Alaska & Hawaii7–14-90 business days

International 10–120 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier or customs issues.

 

 3. Freight Shipping Details

  • Machines are shipped via freight due to their size and weight.

  • Curbside delivery is included in all orders.

  • Inside delivery or white-glove service may be available for an additional fee — contact us before placing your order.

  • Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive and sign for the shipment.

  • Please inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

 

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details.

  • Tracking numbers become active within 24–48 hours.

 

 5. Damages & Issues

  • If your shipment is damaged, contact us immediately at sales@thekioskshop.com.

  • Include photos of the damage and your order number.

  • All damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

 

6. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed during or after shipping.

  • Delivery timelines and rates vary by country.
